The Energy Event, which returns to the NEC Birmingham from 16th to 17th September, has announced the launch of its Professional Services, a new feature dedicated to helping businesses better understand and manage utilities. Professional Services will house three areas – the Legal Hub operated by Zyda Law, the Expert Hub coordinated by Opus Energy and the Business Stream Drop-In Zone.

The Energy Event, an i2i event, is the UK’s leading energy exhibition and conference dedicated to energy procurement, management and efficiency solutions. This year it will open its doors to more than 6,000 visitors and 180 exhibitors, in addition to more than 80 speakers delivering a free seminar programme in The Energy Leaders Theatre and Energy Information Theatre.

Sarah Porter, division director for environment events at i2i, including The Energy Event, said: “Professional Services is an exciting addition to the show and offers visitors a premium service of invaluable and free expertise. Whether it’s legal advice on new infrastructure projects, advice on energy procurement or securing PPA agreements for renewable energy generation or tips to conserve energy in large organisations, these bookable drop-in sessions will be of huge value to our visitors.”
