Happy customers have given a renewables firm glowing feedback for the fifth consecutive year in an independent survey. 

Solarlec, which has offices in Burnley, Carlisle and Exeter as well as nationwide installers and energy advisors, has been awarded a 99% customer satisfaction rating in an independent survey carried out by iwa.biz, the Independent Warranty Association which provides solar panel customers with deposit protection and insurance schemes. 

The rating tops last year’s 98% classification, and follows similarly glowing reports of 98% for 2011, 2012 and 2013 and 99% for 2010. 

Solarlec supplies more than 150 solar PV systems across the UK every month. 

Sarah Wallis from the Independent Warranty Assocation, iwa.biz, said: “We take this opportunity of congratulating [Solarlec] and [their] staff for achieving this rating and confirm that IWA will continue to promote [Solarlec] via our customers’ helpline with confidence, relaying this high achievement percentage to potential customers.”
