Employers’ concern for staff wellbeing must now go well beyond the traditional workplace, says lighting manufacturer, Tamlite Lighting, who is advising businesses to make sure their staff are fully equipped for working at home.
The company believes that the rapid increase in the number of people working from home as a result of Coronavirus (Covid-19) means employers now need to consider the home environment their staff are working in – and in particular their access to appropriate lighting.
