DMS’ training courses for 2014 have been very busy and worthwhile to a lot of their clients and customers. They will be still running free of charge training sessions on their exclusive range of Sontex Heat Meters into 2015, the courses will be taken by their Technical Manager Chris Bishop, and the training sessions will take place at their brand new purpose built offices in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire.

“The whole point of the training courses is to give many contacts the opportunity to meet our growing team at DMS but also to build on any questions that anyone has on our wide range of products that we can offer” says Chris Bishop technical manager. “It is always good for installers to learn just that little bit extra on products before they install them just in case they might do something wrong”.

The course will also help delegates to understand the RHI scheme standards on typical installations. All heat meters that are MID Approved relate to the UK Renewable Heat Incentive and this could be many different types of applications involving air source heat pumps; biomass boilers; ground source heat pumps and solar thermal installations.

The sessions will only be held with a maximum of 10 delegates per training session allowing for ‘one to one’ discussions, so be sure to book your place as soon as possible!

The sessions will last approximately 4 Hours with refreshments provided

The heat meter sessions will consist of the following;

–      Introduction to Sontex Superstatic440 and Superstatic449 Heat Meters

–      Sontex Superstatic Operation and Installation SS440 and SS449

–      Supercal 531/ SS 449 Software Overview

–      Discussion on data collection

–      Demonstration on Radio, M-Bus, GSM and Energy Monitor Systems

–      New exciting product developments SS739 & SS749

DMS are also looking into further training on many types of mechanical cold water meters, turbine or rotary gas meters with the addition of gas regulators. These will be on offer within 2015.
